Founding Partner:
Yermal Raghu Shetty (YRS), FCA, founded the firm in 1955. He was a trusted advisor for a large number of successful business entities, and an independent director in some public companies. He was associated with several social and charitable organizations. He authored a beautiful book titled “PEARLS OF WISDOM”.
Managing Partners:
Atma Shetty, LLB, FCA, heads the Mumbai office. He has been in practice for over 30 years specializing in the areas of direct taxation, indirect taxation, auditing, business startup and SME advisory.
Abhay Shetty, MBA (IIMA), MS (US), ACMA, CGMA (UK), FCA, ACA(UK) heads the Bangalore office. He has extensive experience in technology enabled business consulting at Fortune 1000 companies, globally. He is a Registered Valuer (RV) for Financial Assets & Securities and holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI.
