The firm was founded by Mr. Yermal Raghu Shetty (YR Shetty), FCA, who started the firm in 1955 and was the first practicing Chartered Accountant in Mumbai from the Bunt (Shetty) community. He was a trusted advisor for a large number of successful business entities, and an independent director in important public companies. He was associated with several social and charitable organizations and authored a beautiful book titled “PEARLS OF WISDOM”.
